Spa Aromatherapy at Home


Spa therapy is very good for every one. It relieves strain in muscles and relaxes you from mental stress. It is expensive and time consuming. But you can do it at home as well. You can easily make the following preparations with in short period of time. There are six steps involved in spa at home. None of which should be avoided.

Step 1.
Clean your bath room from every thing to enjoy spa.
Step 2.
Keep towel with you to use it later on.
Step 3.
If you want to enjoy complete feeling of spa, keep your comfortable shoes and bathrobe with you.
Step 4.
Play soft music during spa and place lavender candles to produce aromatic feelings in you.
Step 5.
Also keep pumice to remove dead skin cells, lotion for body massage and Epsom salt.
Step 6.
Use Epsom salt in place of many lotions and creams. Fill the bath tub with water. Burn the candles. Play the music on. Take off clothes and get into the water. Rub your skin with pumice stone. Music and candles will make you feel relaxed. Massage body lotion on stress points thoroughly and gently. After that apply moisturizer and clean it with water. When you feel you are relaxed, come out of bath tub and go to take bath.
This home made spa is easy, cheap and time consuming.
