Women night dress (also called a nightdress) is a loosely hanging item of nightwear worn nowadays mostly by women. A skin-tight variation of the nightshirt has seen an increased popularity in certain nightclubs . In modern usage the nightshirt usually functions as an alternative to other specialized sleepwear, such as pajamas, in that it is removed after arising and put away for use during the next sleeping period. It may also be used in private and intimate settings as comfortable attire for relaxation. As a sleep or lounge garment, it has the convenience of being a single piece, and provides a degree of warmth and a moderate degree of modesty for the wearer. At night the outer

clothing was removed, and men and women slept in the long shirt-like garment. This smock was longer for women than for men, more resembling a dress. Upon arising in the morning, the outer garments were again put on over it. A slip nightgown may be used as a nightgown or as a full slip. A shorties nightgown is a functional short nightgown (often just a long or short T-shirt).More generally, pajamas may refer to several garments, for both day wear and nightwear, derived from traditional pyjamas and involving variations of style and material.  A nightgown is often worn with a matching outer garment, a robe,
sheer chiffon peignoir or dressing gown.As a bedtime garment, the nightshirt is the successor of a type of long undergarment used by many Europeans through the 19th Century.Pajamas, also spelled pyjamas (see also spelling differences) can refer to several related types of clothing. The original paijama are loose, lightweight trousers fitted with drawstring waistbands and worn in South and West Asia by both sexes. It is somewhat longer than most regular shirts, reaching at least down to the thighs, but usually shorter than a dress or robe, leaving some of the legs uncovered. A nightgown is typically made from cotton, silk, satin, or nylon.  In many English-speaking nations, pajamas are loose-fitting, two-piece garments derived from the original garment and worn chiefly for sleeping.
A tight-fitting top is good for prom parties and Saturday nights. For everyday night wear, loose fitting tops for ladies will bigger bust size are better and give them a better sense of proportion. Height is something that draws immediate attention. We often get attracted to taller people. If you are short statured, avoid short night dresses. Rather go in for long skirts with nice fish cut. But if women are plump, then fish cut is a total no as it will highlight the fact. Denim is in vogue and can go with all body types. Make a conscious sensible choice and see its magical effects.
